(A friend to both horse & rider)
"A GOOD SOLID FOUNDATION ON THE GROUND MAKES FOR A BETTER RELATIONSHIP ALL AROUND."
One thing I have learned is tha training and riding is a never ending journey of learning and growth. The 'problem' horses are the ones that have taught me the most! Often a horse has a problem because he has not understood how to do something. By watching horses with each other we can see that they react when the leader reacts.
If my horse is tense and fearful, chances are I have tensed up somewhere in my body and caused my horses fear to escalated. Horses are prey animals so for self preservation have learned to run if they are afraid of something. They follow the leader. If I, the trainer, am afraid then it stands to reason that my horse will be afraid.
If you are having difficulties with your horse that are only getting worse, get help before it is too late. Make sure you take the time to go and watch the trainer before you send the horses to them and find a trainer tha twill work with you as well.
When your horse is with me for training their stall is cleained daily and they are fed 3 times a day. Your horse will be loved and cared for like my own horses. It will be worked 5 to 6 times a week. The owner supplies the feed and must come for at least 1 or 2 lessons to learn how I work with their horse so that they can continue with the same training at home.
